 Everyone knows the great winter offered by mother nature to northern germany - cold and wet. A lot prefer to stay at home. But for the forth time between christmas and the new year's eve, you don't have to stay at home in front of your chimney taking preparing your Berimbau for 2010 - come and join the Nzinga Winter Workshop held from the 28th unti the 31st of December 2009 in Kiel.
This year Mestre Paulo Siqueira, Mestre Rafael Magnata, Contra Mestre Moreira, Contra Mestre Forró, Professor Jiló and Professor Alex will be the teaching mestres for these days.

From the 28th of October until the 1st of November there will be a great workshop offered by Mestre Sorriso in Montpellier, southern France. About 150 people already confirmed their participation so you can expect a great workshop with plenty of jogos de Capoeira and lessons offered by a handfull of great Masters like Mestre Garrincha, Mestre Paulo Siqueira, Samara, Mestre Brusi, Mestre Grilo, Mestre Del Bruto and many more.

 Mestre Paulo Siqueira is heading to Bochum in Germany to join the Beriba Brazil Batizdo. Approximately 200 Capoeiristas are going to participate on this workshop organized by Mestre Riqueijao. A few of them are going to be baptized by the present dozen of Mestres, so if you live in that area, don't miss this event.

 From the 20th to the 22nd of November the Grupo Malungos de Capoeira organize a culture event and workshop that you shouldn`t miss. Apart of Capoeira there will be a mix of Samba, Coco, Jongo and much more for you to watch or learn.
